OwnDocs

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 18 August 2026

This website is operated by DevOps in Dhaka, Bangladesh. It describes what data this marketing site collects and how it is used. It does not cover the OwnDocs software itself, which you deploy and control once you buy it.

What you send us

Two forms on this site collect data, and both send it to the same place. The Contact form takes your name, email address, an optional phone number, an optional company name, a subject, and your message. The Purchase-request form takes those same fields and adds three more: which license tier you want, whether you are buying from inside or outside Bangladesh, and how you prefer to pay.

What we check before sending

Both forms post to one server route, which runs a few checks to keep automated abuse out. Those checks involve data you did not type:

  • Your IP address is used to count submissions and limit them to two a minute and five an hour. The count is held in server memory for that window and written nowhere.
  • The domain part of your email address is looked up in public DNS to confirm it can receive mail. We look up the domain, never the address itself.
  • Both form pages load Cloudflare Turnstile, a human check. Cloudflare receives your IP address and browser details when the widget runs, and their privacy policy governs that. We receive back only a pass or fail.

Where it goes

Whichever form you use, the message is emailed to our team over an encrypted SMTP connection so we can reply. That is the only thing that happens to it. This site has no database, keeps no log of submissions, sets no cookie to identify you, runs no analytics, and carries no third-party trackers. We do not sell your data or share it with advertising networks.
